The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bagodar P.S. Case No. 174 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 96, 3(5) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of Ms. S. Tripathi, learned J.M., 1st Class, Giridih. 3. On 13.10.2024, the daughter of the informant left her house without informing her family members. Later on, she was sighted in Bagodar Bus stand with the petitioner. It was suspected that the petitioner had enticed her to leave her lawful guardianship with the intention to marry her. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. S.
