The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has no blood relative, and in view of the same, the petitioner is unable to comply with the condition and still is languishing in jail and sought modification of the condition in para no.4 imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12 of 2025 dated 06.01.2025. 3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is still in custody and unable to produce blood-related surety, this Court is inclined to modify the Page No.2 of 5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Crl.M.P.No.4305 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.12 of 2025 condition to the effect that “the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties (both sureties shall be local residents), each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvottiyur. The other conditions imposed in the order dated 06.01.2025 in Crl.O.P. No.12 of 2025 shall remain unaltered. 5. Further, time to furnish surety is extended by a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
