No. 203 of 2018 and in view of the amendment in, the Bengal, Agra and Assam Civil Courts (Jharkhand Amendment) Act, 2018 (Jharkhand Act 09/2019), notified in the Extraordinary Gazette dated 12th June, 2019, by which the pecuniary jurisdiction of the District Judge has been raised to Rs. 25 Lakhs, and as the suit value and the appeal value of these appeals is less than Rs. 25 lakhs, these appeals alongwith the lower court records be sent back to the Office of the Principal District & Sessions Judge, having territorial jurisdiction to hear the appeals.
