Mr. Rajan Kahol & Mr. Vishal Panwar, Additional Advocates General, with Mr. Ravi Chauhan and Mr. Anish Banshtu, Deputy Advocates General, for State. While placing on record communication dated 30.12.2025, issued under the signatures of Executive Engineer, HPPWD, Division No.I, Mandi, enclosing therewith copy of pension payment order dated 30.06.2025 issued by the office of Accountant General, Mr. Vishal Panwar, learned Additional Advocate General, states that mandate contained in the judgment, alleged to have been violated, stands complied with. Having perused aforesaid documents, which are taken on record, this Court finds that respondent- State has processed the pension case of the petitioner to the office of Accountant General, who has further sanctioned pension in favour of the petitioner vide PPO No.1425348952 dated 30.06.2025. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant application and accordingly the same is disposed of, with the direction to respondents to ensure that arrears of pension, if any, if not already released, shall be released expeditiously, preferably, within a period of four months.
