The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jugsalai P.S. Case No. 65 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.989 of 2024, S.T. Case No.477 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 307/34 & 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)(a)/27/35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, East Singhbhum, Jamshedpur. On 23.06.2024 at about 7:00 am, the son of the informant namely Karan Singh was shot in the house of co-accused Prahlad. It is alleged that co-accused Sanjay Bhuiya had shot the son of the informant. As far as petitioner is concerned, it is alleged that he was present at the place of occurrence. Learned A.P.P on behalf of the State has opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the fact that there is no direct allegation against the petitioner, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, East Singhbhum, Jamshedpur, in connection with Jugsalai P.S.
