The case of the prosecution, in a nutshell, is that on 10.07.2025 at about 8.30 hours at Nadendlavarikandriga Village, SuIIurupet Mandal the deceased who is 2nd daughter of defacto complainant committed suicide by hanging herself to the raft of ceiling fan with the help of chunni in view of unbearable harassment of her husband (A1), her mother-in-law(A2) and the petitioner/accused No.3 who is sister-in-law of deceas6d by demand'lng additional dowry and rby suspecting her fidelity and basing on the report of defac-to complainant a case of-crime No.154 of 2025 was registered. 3. Heard learned, counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant I. Public Prosecutor. Perused the record. 4. Sri M.Sivaprasad Reddy Venati, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence; she was falsely implicated in this case; she is a woman and to look after her family members; she is ready to abide any conditions to be imposed by this Court; and urged to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner/accused No.3. 5. Per cot,ira, Sri NeelothpaI Ganji, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, opposed in granting of bail stating that investigation is not yet completed; if the petitioner is gr.anted pre-arrest bail, she will interfere in the -.-l`, ----.~-.- investigation, and i± is urged to dismiss the bail pet'[tion, -..--_ .-----`._I_ --``. -_`_'_ '_'-~_'~`''_' -``..--. 6. The petitioner/A3 is the sister-ill-law Of the deceased-Gandhaval.!i Sujatha. Sujatha was the second wife of A1-Acharapuka Su'bbarayulu Setty Rajendra @ Subbarayalasetty Rajendra Prasad. Previously, in 2021, Sujatha t- r.- was married to another person named Kishore, but the marriage was ended in failure due to disputes between them, leading to a divorce. The petitioner, who --..--_` - --_`-. is the deceased's sister-I'n-law and is 36 years old, is married and living separately With her husband I'n BapuJ-i Colony, SuIIurpeta Town, Tirupati District. In the entire report lodged by the de facto complainant, who I--S the maternal uncle of A1, does not mention any direct involvement of the petitioner in abettling the deceased to commit suicide. Additionally, in the suicide note written by the deceased, even jn that also, there is no reference ` - . -- about the petitioner either intentionally aiding or abetting the deceased in '\ committing suicide: 7. Considering the nature and gravity of the allegations leveled against the Petitioner/accused No.3 and her alleged role played in the case, this court deems it fit to grant pre-arrest bail to petitioner/accused No.3, subject to the following stringent conditions: a) ln the' event of arrest of the petitioner/accused No.3, the petitioner/accused No.3 shall be enlarged on bail on executing a Personal bond for a Sum Of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only),with two sureties for the like sum each {o the satisfaction of the arresting police officials; b) The petitioner shall make herself available for investigation as and when r.equired; c) The petitioner shall not cause any threat, inducement or promise to the prosecution witnesses; d) The petitioner shall not leave the district limits without the express permission from the Station House Officer concerned. f) The petitioner shall surrender her passport, if any, to the investigating officer. If she claim that she does not has a passport, she shall submit an affidavit to that effect to the Investigating Officer. 8. Accordingly, the Crl'minaI Petitl-on is allowed.
