In light of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation within a period of one week from today before respondent no. 2, who shall accord consideration to the same strictly under rules and as per law within a period of six weeks thereafter.
