ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“….to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondents in not conducting investigation in Crime No.168 of 2023 on the file of Nandikotkur Police Station, as illegal arbitrary, unjust, contrary to the procedure established by law and in violation of Art 14, 16, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct Respondents no.1 to 6 file charge sheet in the above crime forthwith after conducting impartial investigation and to pass
2. Heard Sri Sravana Kumar Naidana, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that crime No.168 of 2023 was registered on 12.10.2023, so far the police could not complete the investigation and not filed charge sheet.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would takes notice on behalf of the State and submits that Court may pass appropriate orders.
5. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are
directed to conclude the investigation and file a report according to law as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs.
