JUDGMENT: Heard the learned counsel for the respondent No.1 and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.2. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that M.C.No.55 of 2010 was disposed of by the learned Judge, Family Court, Vijayawada on 19.10.2015 dismissing the Maintenance Case.
2. The present Criminal Revision Case was filed challenging the order dated 05.09.2012 in Crl.M.P.No.152 of 2011 in M.C.No.55 of 2010 on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court-cum-IV Additional District & Sessions Judge, Vijayawada, granting interim maintenance to the respondent No.1. As seen from the order dated 19.10.2015, the learned Judge, Family Court, Vijayawada dismissed the Maintenance Case in M.C.No.55 of 2010.
3. In view of the dismissal of main Maintenance Case i.e., M.C.No.55 of 2010 on 19.10.2015 by the learned Judge, Family Court-cum-IV Additional District & Sessions Judge, Vijayawada, the present Criminal Revision Case has become infructuous.
4. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous, leaving it open to the petitioner, if so advised, to challenge the order passed by the learned Judge, Family Court-cum-IV Additional District & Sessions Judge, Vijayawada in M.C.No.55 of 2010 dated 19.10.2015. No order as to costs.
