The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Giridih Cyber P.S. Case No. 31/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 111, 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 66B, 66C, 66D, 66E, 67 & 67A of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned A.S.J.-II-cum-Special Judge (Cyber Crime), Giridih. 3. On 25.07.2024 at about 10:30 A.M., Cyber police Giridih, on the basis of confidential information, raided a place near village Balgo and apprehended this petitioner. On search, one mobile phone and two Sim cards were recovered from his possession. 4. It was submitted that no person has come up to claim that this petitioner has cheated anybody. 5. Learned Special P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.S.J.-II-cum-Special Judge (Cyber Crime), Giridih in connection with Giridih Cyber P.S.
