The petitioner has been made accused in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 38/2024 arising out of Saiko P.S. Case No. 10/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 15(c), 22 / 25 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, N.D.P.S., Khunti. On 28.04.2024, Saiko police on the basis of confidential information, raided the forest area near Rugdi village and recovered 615.5 kgs. of doda from there. It was submitted that though the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. but his name has transpired on the information given by witnesses whose name have not been disclosed by the prosecution. It was further submitted that co-accused Sirka Pahan has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No.6224 of 2025 by order dated 28.07.2025. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, N.D.P.S., Khunti, in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 38/2024 arising out of Saiko P.S. Case No. 10/2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
