The challenge in the present petition filed by the petitioner is the suspension order dated 27.09.2018 passed by the respondent No.3 and also the proceedings of the departmental inquiry initiated through the charge-sheet dated 05.10.2023 and also to disburse the balance salary from the year 2018 to the petitioner. The petitioner is working as Panchayat Secretary and presently posted at Gram Panchayat Bejjeria, District Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi. As per the submissions made by the parties the departmental inquiry has been concluded and after holding guilty he was punished for stoppage of two annual increment with non-cumulative effect vide order dated 23.08.2024 and also given warning to him. 2. The petitioner has submitted that he is satisfied with the order dated 23.08.2024 and his grievance with respect to the salary have been settled and arrears of salary has been paid to him. With respect to the punishment of stoppage 3 of two increments with non-cumulative effect, he moved representation to the department which is under consideration and now the petitioner does not want to prosecute his petition further. 3. The respondent No.9 have not disputed the aforesaid submissions made by the petitioner. 4. In view of the submissions made by the parties, the present petition is disposed of.
