The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 110/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 21(a) & 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, West Singhbhum at Chaibasa. 3. On 24.07.2024 at about 10:30 A.M., Chaibasa Muffasil police apprehended this petitioner alongwith co-accused person. On search, 15 grams of brown sugar was recovered from their joint possession. 4. It was submitted that the quantum of seized contraband comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. 5. Learned Special P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent. 6.
