The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Kunal Vishwas, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.05 of 2025, under Sections 318(2), 318(4), 336(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 61(2), 317(2) BNS and 66D, 74 I.T. Act, Police Station Cyber Crime, Varanasi, District Varanasi. There are allegations against the applicant that he has duped job seekers online. The applicant has been implicated in this case along with other co- accused. Substantial amount running in crores have been duped by the applicant and other co-accused from the unemployed job seekers. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that no account number or mobile recovered from the applicant. He only worked for the company and hence has been falsely implicated. Learned AGA for the State-respondents and Sri Ankit Kapoor, learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the submissions Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Prateek Dwivedi, Praveen Kumar Singh Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : Ankit Kapoor, G.A.
