GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in interfering into civil disputes pending between the petitioners and Respondents No 6 and 7 in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.592 1/2 Cents in Sy.No.9A situated at Nagaladinne Village Nandavaram Mandal Kurnool District as illegal arbitrary unconstitutional without any authority of law against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the 4th respondent not to interfere into civil disputes pending between the petitioners and Respondents No 6 and 7 in the interest of justice” 2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties. 3. For ready reference, the written instructions are extracted hereunder: “It is respectfully submitted that it is fact that the respondent No.4 herein is Inspector of Police, Yemmiganur Rural Police Station and Nandavaram Police Station only. The respondent No.4 never called the petitioners to the P.S and the 5th respondent herein is Station House Officer, Nandavaram Police Station registered a case against the petitioners and proceeded as per law. The allegations made by the petitioners against the respondents No.4 and 5 are completely false and baseless. The respondents No.4 and 5 never entrained the civil issues in the Police Station and duly followed the implementation of the orders of the Hon’ble Courts.” 3 4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents. There shall be no order as to costs.
