Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on merits vide order dated 20.09.2024 passed in B.A. No.6446 of 2024. Petitioner above-named who is in custody has renewed his prayer before this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Latehar P.S. Case No.233 of 2023 (G.R. Case No.321/ 2024) registered under Sections 395 & 397 IPC. Heard the parties. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail on the ground that in three other cases in which she is an accused has been granted bail. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer. It is submitted that there is specific and direct allegation against the petitioner in the alleged offence. There is no change of circumstance, as such, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly the same is again rejected. Learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
