Case No. 650 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 96, 3(5), 137(2) of BNS. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have abducted the victim. 4. From the records of the case, it appears that the informant was in relationship with Alok Kumar and she had gone to Gorakhpur with Alok Kumar and the petitioner on her own. Patna High Court CR. MISC. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Pupri, Sitamarhi/concerned Court below in connection with Nanpur P.S.
