It is alleged that wife of the petitioner committed suicide in her matrimonial home by consuming poison. It is alleged that petitioner was having illicit affairs due to which she committed suicide. It was submitted that there is nothing on the record to show that the petitioner had abetted the deceased to commit suicide. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case and considering the nature of allegation, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rajesh Ranjan Kumar, learned J.M.F.C., Bermo at Tenughat or his successor in connection with Kasmar P.S.
