LPA No. 789 of 2025 and CMP No. 42784 of 2025 Keeping in view the fact that similar matters were already admitted for hearing and the fact that the present petition is covered by the judgment in CWP No. 2274 of 2021 (Satya Devi vs. State of HP & Ors.), we admit the present appeal and to be heard alongwith the said cases. In the meantime, the operation of judgment of the learned Single Judge shall remain stayed, in view of the fact that Hon’ble Supreme Court has also stayed orders passed subsequently after decision of Satya Devi’s case (supra).
