The entire amount obtained from various complainants was deposited in the account maintained by co-accused Upendra Singh Rudradev and the allegation of forging call letters etc., is also against the co accused Upendra Singh Rudradev and other co-accused. It is also contended that petitioner was the employee of the main accused. It is further contended that 18 FIRs have been registered against main accused Upendra and other accused and the present petitioner has been enlarged on bail in most of the cases. The petitioner is in custody since long and the trial of the case may take considerable time, therefore, bail application of the accused petitioner may be allowed. 3. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor opposed the bail application. 4. Heard and perused the material available on record. 5. The allegation of procuring money from various complainants by misrepresentation and assuring them for appointment in the company is against the other co-accused namely Upendra Singh Rudradev and other co-accused. The entire amount obtained from various complainants was also deposited in the account maintained by the other co-accused. The other FIRs lodged against the petitioner are also related to the same act. Considering the above facts and taking into consideration that the matter is triable by Magistrate and the petitioner is in custody since long, I deem it just and proper to enlarge the accused- petitioner on bail.
