As per the report of Registry a sum of Rs.89,313/- along with proportionate interest accrued thereon till date is payable to the applicant/appellant United India Insurance Co. Ltd. in terms of judgment passed by this Court on 10.04.2025 in FAO No. 236 of 2017. The calculations made by the Registry is not disputed by the parties. Accordingly, the application is allowed and a sum of Rs.89,313/- along with proportionate interest is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant/appellant United India Insurance Company Ltd. by remitting the said amount to its bank account as detailed in para-4 of the application after due verification.
