GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 4th Respondent, SHO (Inspector of Police), Patamata Police Station, Vijayawada in proceeding to de- freeze the bank accounts of the Accused (HDFC Bank A/c.Nos. 50500056069331, 50200024128767 and 50200026543390) which were freezed by virtue of notice 2 U/s.91 Cr.P.C. (94 BNSS) dated 21-07-2025 in Crime No. 389 of 2025 of Patamata Police Station, as the same is contrary to law, illegal, arbitrary, against the principles of natural justice, biased and without jurisdiction and consequently to direct the respondent police to maintain the freezing of the above bank accounts till completion of investigation/trial.” 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri P.Sai Surya Teja, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that no further orders are required in this matter as the relief sought in this petition has become infructuous. 3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is dismissed as the relief has become infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
