Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondents herein in not paying an amount of Rs. 10,62,00,000/- pursuant to the Invoice No.23983/POJ/23-24 dated 25-10-2023 for the work executed by the petitioner i.e., telecast awareness of the APBC Welfare Awareness Campaign on NCBC, P.M.YASASVI Post Metric Scholarships, NDCFDC and P.M. YASASVI Pre Metric Scholarships through CCTV in Government Hospitals for a period of 30 days (from 13-09-2023 to 12-10-2023) as illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable, violative of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents herein forthwith to release and pay an amount of Rs. 10,62,00,000/- along with interest @24 percent p.a., to the petitioner and pass such IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to direct the respondents herein forthwith to release and pay an amount of Rs.
