We, therefore, deem it appropriate to direct respondent no.2 - Assistant Charity Commissioner to decide the said proceedings expeditiously. 3. Respondent no.2 - Assistant Charity Commissioner, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, shall decide Trust Application no.589 of 2022 and suo-motu enquiry no.942/2015 expeditiously and preferably, 2 6-SR.901 within a period of eight weeks from today.
