JUSTICE NARENDRA SINGH DHADDHA Order 10/01/2025 This Civil Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner against the order dated 11.04.2017 passed by Additional District Judge-2, District Jhalawar in Civil Appeal No.06/2009, whereby the application under Order 41 Rule 27 CPC filed by the respondents has been allowed and the documents annexed with the application have been taken on record subject to payment of cost of Rs.5,000/-. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and more particularly in view of the fact that the appeal was filed before the appellate court in the year 2009 and thereafter more than 15 years have been passed, instead of interfering with the impugned order, I dispose of the Civil Writ Petition with a direction to the appellate Court to decide the appeal, if pending with it, expeditiously in accordance with law.
