No. 379 of 2023 arising out of Namkum P.S. Case No. 98 of 2023 for the offences registered under sections 302, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-III, Ranchi. 3. On 15.02.2023, son of the Informant went missing. Later on, his dead body was recovered from a well. It is alleged that the petitioner was having illicit relationship with the mother of the deceased who had eloped with him. It is further alleged hat the Informant and his son used to oppose their relationship, due to which, this occurrence has taken place. 4. Learned counsel for the Informant has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that apart from suspicion, petitioner has also confessed his guilt. 5. It appears that co-accused Sanjay Nayak has been granted bail by this court vide B.A. No. 9552 of 2024. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-III, Ranchi in connection with S.T.
