The writ petition seeks the following relief:- "(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 Director/ Licensing Authority (Cold storage), Udyan Evam Khadya Prasanskaran, 2 Sapru Marg Lucknow UP to consider the application for grant of cold storage license in the name of M/S padamawati Sheet Grih Jamui, Chunar, Mirzapur in the light of section 6 & 7 of U.P. Regulation of Cold Storages Act 1976." Sri Ankur Tandon learned Standing Counsel has produced the order passed on an application filed by the petitioner for grant of a cold storage license. A copy of the order is provided to the counsel for the petitioner also. Since the application filed by the petitioner has already been decided, this writ petition is liable to be and is dismissed as infructuous.
