Appellant claimant has filed this appeal seeking enhancement of compensation awarded by the learned 7th Additional Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Bilaspur vide award dated 4.5.2019 in Claim Case No.74/2018. 2. At the outset, learned counsel for respondents would submit that in execution proceeding respondents have deposited Rs.60,000/- on the notice of execution, said amount has been accepted and withdrawn by 2 the claimant and therefore the execution proceeding was closed recording full satisfaction of the claimant. She placed the certified copy of the execution proceeding for perusal of this Court. Therefore, she prays for dismissal of this appeal. 3. Learned counsel for the appellant does not dispute the above submission of learned counsel for respondents. 4. Considering the above facts of the case, in particular the fact that appellant has accepted the amount of compensation recording full satisfaction, I do not find it appropriate to continue with this appeal any further.
