Present application for condonation of delay has been filed for condoning the delay of 216 days in filing the appeal, against the judgment dated 14.11.2024 passed in CWP No. 12630 of 2024 by the learned Single Judge. 2. It is averred in the application that in compliance of the judgment dated 14.11.2024, the Director Transport decided the representation of the applicant on 07.02.2025. Thereafter, applicant had filed an application before learned Single Judge, which was dismissed on 11.03.2025 and the permission was given to applicant to file a review petition. Further the review petition was dismissed on 15.05.2025, and thereafter the present appeal came to be filed. 3. Application is contested and reply has been filed by respondents No. 4 and 5. Keeping in view the fact that applicant was pursuing his remedy in accordance with law, we are of the considered opinion that the delay is liable to be condoned.
