Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 63 of 2024 arising out of Saiko P.S. Case No. 25 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. No. 627 of 2023 for the offences registered under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-I, Khunti. 3. Petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased Kairi Nag who committed suicide in her matrimonial home within few months of her marriage. It is alleged that the petitioner used to pressurize her to undergo abortion. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
