This writ petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 02.10.2024 registered as Case Crime No. 461 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station- Vrindavan, District- Mathura (Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition). (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to arrest or harass the petitioner in pursuance of impugned First Information Report." 3. After substantial arguments once the Court has refused to quash the FIR, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed. However, leave may be accorded to the petitioner to apply before the competent court for anticipatory bail/bail as permissible under law and in accordance with law. 4.
