This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents 2,3, not adhering to the representations dated 26.5.2025, 8.5.2025, 19.7.2025 of the petitioner and not taking action against the

respondents 4,5, as respondent 5 had cheated the petitioner by the influence of respondent 4, and executed sale agreement in favour of the petitioner and respondent 4, towards the property of house site situated at Pedagantyada, Gajuwaka, in Sy. 27, Plot no.12223B, 1224B,1225B for an extent of 428 Sq. yds which does not belongs to the respondent 5, showing fake documents in the name of the respondent 5, by receiving sale consideration advance amount of Rs.5,00,000/- as highly arbitrary, illegal, null and void and against the principles of natural justice and violation of Articles 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the respondents authorities 2,3 to register FIR against the respondents 4, 5.”

Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that, the matter is purely civil in nature and the Police never interfere with the civil issues unless there is a direction from the Court. 3. Sri K.S.Nagendra Vara Prasad, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the Petitioner to work out his remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law.
