This is an application filed under Order XLI, Rule 5 read with Section 151 CPC 1908 praying for stay of the operation of the Judgment & Order dated 04.11.2024 and Decree dated 04.11.2024 passed by the learned Court of the Civil Judge, Senior Division in Title Suit No. 58/2012. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1, 2 & 3 has no objection. In view of above submission of the learned counsel for the parties and for ends of justice, the operation of the Judgment & Order dated 04.11.2024 and Decree dated 04.11.2024 passed by the learned Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Aizawl District in Title Suit No. 58/2012 shall remain stayed until the disposal of the connected appeal.
