Heard Sri B.Anjaneyulu, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that police are not taking any action against the complaints dated 07.07.2025 and 05.08.2025. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that the matter is purely civil in nature that is why the police have not taken any action against the complaints of the petitioner. 5. Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
