The instant petition filed purportedly in public interest is for directing respondent nos. 2 to 5 not to grant permission for distribution of foodgrains from newly constructed fair price shop at Bhartiya and to decide the representation made in this behalf dated 01.02.2025. 2. The petitioner claims to be a social worker and resident of Village Kalyanpur. It is alleged that the license of fair price shop at Village Bhartiya was cancelled and all the card holders were attached to the fair price shop dealer of Village Kalyanpur. It is not stated that when the said event took place nor any order in this behalf has been annexed with the writ petition. It is further stated in the writ petition that subsequently the respondents have constructed a new fair price shop at Village Bharatiya and now foodgrains would be distributed to the card holders of Village Kalyanpur also from newly constructed fair price shop at Village Bhartiya. The petitioner claims that the number of card holders at Village Kalyanpur is much more as compared to the number of card holders at Village Bhartiya and therefore, fair price shop should be constructed in Village Kalyanpur and the card holders should not be compelled to take foodgrains from the fair price shop dealer at Village Bhartiya. 3. As noted above, the petition is absolutely vague. Further, it is admitted that new facility has already been constructed at Village Bhartiya. Therefore, at this stage, we decline to examine the issue in exercise of writ jurisdiction. We leave it open to the affected card holders to raise grievance if any before appropriate authority. 4.
