Case No. 37 of 2024 corresponding to NDPS Case No. 51 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 8(c), 18, 21(c), 22 and 25 of the NDPS Act, pending in the court of learned Principal District Judge, Khunti. 3. On 02.08.2024 at about 3.10 p.m., Arki Police on the basis of confidential information, apprehended four persons including this petitioner. On search, 4.163 kgs. Of opium were recovered from their possession. 4. Quantum of seized contraband comes within the purview of commercial quantity. It appears that bail application of similarly situated two co-accused persons have been rejected by this court earlier. 5.
