1. This MCC is registered on a P.U.D. forwarded by the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge under the Chhattisgarh Protection of Depositors Interest Act, 2005, Durg, District – Durg (C.G.) whereby, the learned Trial Court has sought further extension of 03 months for disposal of the criminal case pending before it. 2. Perused the P.U.D.
3. This Court vide its order dated 10.12.2024 has disposed of the application bearing MA No. 120/2023 expecting from the Trial Court to conclude the trial in MJC No. 28/2016 (Anurag Tripathi & Ors. Vs. Authorized Officer (D.M. Durg) & Ors.) within a period of 02 months from the date of receipt of copy of the order dated 10.12.2024. 4. Earlier, while disposing of the MA No. 120/2023, two months time was granted to conclude the proceedings from the first date of hearing i.e.
10.12.2024. Thereafter, the Special Judge, Durg has further sought extension vide MCC No. 342/2025 which was allowed vide order 08.04.2025 and 02 months time was granted for the reasons assigned therein. 5. On due consideration of the reasons assigned in the P.U.D., further time sought for conclusion of the trial by the learned Trial Court is allowed. Further 02 months time is granted to the learned Trial Court from today to conclude the trial in MA NO. 120/2023. Certified copy as per rules. Sd/-/--------/--/-
