1. By the present writ petition, the petitioners, who are retired from their respective services, seeking a direction towards the respondent authorities to consider and decide the pending representations submitted by them for grant of pension.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that though the petitioners superannuated from their services, but till date the respondents have not released the pension of the petitioners.
3. At this juncture, learned State counsel submits that the respective case of the petitioners will be considered and decided in accordance with law as early as possible.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the pleadings and documents.
5. It is not in dispute that the petitioners have been superannuated, but till date they are not getting pension. For redressal of their grievance they are running from pillar to post, but the same does not fructify.
6. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to each of the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent No.4 within a period of 20 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order by reiterating the
3 claim which was made in the earlier representations. In case of filing of representation, the respondent No.4 is directed to consider the same and take necessary steps for disbursal of pension to the petitioners as early as possible after verification of their service records.
7. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition is disposed off.
8. Petitioners are at liberty to apprise the concerned authorities about the
