Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Satgawan P.S Case No. 68/2024, Corresponding to Special POCSO Case No. 38/2024, registered under sections 96 / 137 (2) / 64 (2) (m) / 3 (5) of BNS and sections 4 and 6 read with section 5 (l) of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge- I-cum-Special Judge (POCSO Act), Koderma. The petitioner is alleged to have enticed minor daughter of the informant with the intention to marry her. Statement of the victim recorded under section 183 of the B.N.S.S earlier called for has been received. The victim has stated that she has left her lawful guardianship according to her own wish and she has married this petitioner as she was having affairs with the petitioner. This appears to be a case of adolescent love affairs between the parties. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge- I- cum-Special Judge (POCSO Act), Koderma in connection with Satgawan P.S Case No. 68/2024, corresponding to Special POCSO Case No. 38/2024.
