Mr. Madhu Jana Ms. Puja Sonkar …for the State. Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner is taken on record. The Panchayat is not represented despite service. The petitioner claims to be the recorded owner of the plot in question and intends to raise construction therein. Several representations submitted by the petitioner alongwith building plan were not considered by the authority. The petitioner submitted a representation in this regard before the Block Development Officer, Garbeta-I Block, being the 4th respondent herein, on 3rd March, 2025 and seeks consideration of the same. In view of the above, the 4th respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 3rd March, 2025 within four weeks from the date of communication of this order upon affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to all concerned including the petitioner, in accordance with law. The decision taken by the authority shall be communicated to the petitioner within a week thereof. 2 The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
