ORDER;- This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue writ of mandamus, questioning the action of the 4'^ respondent in issuing Notice dated 02.06.2025, threatening to demolish the laundry and cool drink shop belonging to the petitioners and consequently to set aside the same.

learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, the petitioners are eking out their livelihood by running laundry.shop and cool drink shop in Ward No. 13, Matam Road, Tatipaka village, Razole Mandat, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Konaseema District, without interruption whatsoever. Thereafter, the petitioners received notice from Respondent No.5/Tatipaka Gram Panchayat dated 02.06.2025 directing the petitioners to vacate the place where they raised small structures. Issuance of notice to the petitioners without following due I process of law is violative of principles of natural justice and contrary to law. Challenging the notice dated 02.06.2025, the present writ petition is filed. any
