The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order, direction directing the respondent No. 3 (Collector) for issuance of order for registration of petitioner's Digitally signed by RAMESH KUMAR VATTI 2 land for purchasing of paddy and also direct the respondent No. 7 to register the land of petitioner for purchasing of paddy. 10.2 Any appropriate writ, direction or order may also kindly be passed in favour of the petitioners, which this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the case.” 2. In this petition, the petitioner has sought a direction to the respondent No.3 / Collector for issuance of order for registration of the petitioner's land for purchasing of paddy in the year 2020. The application was moved before the concerned authority in the year 2020 and paddy was purchased by the Paddy Procurement Center pursuant to the State Policy in that year and thus, in the opinion of this Court, nothing survives for adjudication. 3.
