This Criminal Revision Case has been filed under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, ‘the Cr.P.C.’) against the Order dated 06.02.2014 passed in Crl.M.P.No.70 of 2014 in C.C.No.427 of 2012 on the file of learned I Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class at Kadapa (for short, ‘the trial Court’), wherein a petition filed by the 1st Respondent/State under Section 319(2) of Cr.P.C seeking to add the names of the relatives of the accused as A.2 to A.4 and the same is allowed. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/proposed A.2 to A.4 and Sri K. Sandeep, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, appearing for the 1st Respondent/State. 3
3. The present Criminal Revision is filed questioning the orders passed in Crl.M.P.No.70 of 2014 in C.C.No.427 of 2012. The said Crl.M.P.No.70 of 2014 is filed with a request to add the relatives of the accused persons as A.2 to A.4, whose names were deleted by the prosecution. 4. A perusal of the case status in C.C.No.427 of 2012 shows that the case was disposed on 07.04.2016.
