Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) After making his submissions for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is allowed to withdraw the petition. 2. At this point, learned counsel submits that the petitioner be given liberty to approach the School Authorities afresh in the light of the fact that the seats in the class are vacant. 2 3. This Court is of the considered view that though this Court cannot give any such liberty to the petitioner in terms of a Court order, but otherwise the petitioner if so advised may do the needful and if the authorities do wish to consider the request of the petitioner sympathetically, then, the order of withdrawal of the writ petition shall not come in the way of the Authority in this regard. 4.
