According to learned counsel for the petitioner, the judgment and order, which is the subject matter of the instant contempt petition came to be challenged by the respondent-State of J&K in LPA No. 04/2015, which LPA came to be disposed of the Division Bench of this Court on 05.05.2025, setting aside the judgment and order, non-compliance of which is alleged in the instant contempt petition, remanding the writ petition back to the writ Court for its re-consideration, whereupon the said writ petition came to be transferred to the Central Administrative Tribunal, Jammu Bench on 12.07.2023, whereafter the Tribunal re-registered the petition as TA No. 61/208/2023. 2. Learned counsel appearing counsel for the respondent/contemnor produces a copy of the order of the Tribunal dated 05.11.2024 passed in TA No. 61/208/2023 (supra), whereby the said TA stands dismissed. The same is taken on record. 3. Having regard to the aforesaid position obtaining in the matter, nothing survives in the instant contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt notice issued is recalled and proceedings are closed.
