GP FOR MINES AND GEOLOGY 2 TCDS,J W.P.No.712 of 2021 The Court made the following order: The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in trying to assign/allot house site pattas to an extent of 13.967 Hectors situated in Sy.No.35/3 of Kondaguntur Village, Rajanagaram Mandal, East Godavari District. 2. This Court by order dated 07.01.2021, directed the respondents not to allot house site pattas to third parties in the subject land. The said interim order is subsisting. 3. The learned Government Pleader for Revenue placed instructions dated 26.07.2024 furnished by the 4th respondent. The said instructions are placed on record. On perusal of the same, it is clear that there is no such proposal to allot the subject land towards house site pattas. 4. In view of the categorical assertion made by the 4th respondent in instructions dated 26.07.2024 and in view of the interim order passed by this Court, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.
