The petitioner has filed this petition seeking following relief:- 10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court be pleased to accept the writ petition and pleased to decide the petitioner’s grievance. 10.2 That, the Hon’ble Court be pleased to set aside the transfer and posting order of respondent No.5 Smt. Devki Jaiswal from Govt. Middle School Beltara to Govt. Girls Middle School, Mangla i.e. order dated 16.07.2014 (Annexure P-7) in the interest of justice. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that challenge in this writ petition is to the transfer order of respondent No.5 by which the respondent No.5 was transferred in the school of the petitioner as a result of which the petitioner was treated as surplus and was subsequently transferred. Therefore, the impugned transfer order cannot sustain in the eyes of law. 3. Learned counsel for the State supports the transfer order. 4. Mr. Sharma submits that in compliance of transfer order, the respondent No. 5 has already joined the place of posting and for 10 years, she is continuously working in the transfer place. 5. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 6. In light of above, this Court is not inclined to disturb respondent No.5 by canceling her transfer order. Even otherwise the petitioner is not affected by the transfer order as such the writ petition is disposed of.
