GP FOR HOME The Court made the following ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the inaction of the respondent No 2 and 3 herein in taking action against the unofficial respondents pursuant to the complaint dt 26.4.2025 followed by 2 personal visits as being illegai arbitrary and unjust and consequentiy direct the respondent Nos 2 and 3 herein to forthwith act upon the complaint dt 2642025 and take action against the unofficial respondents as per Law and to grant such other relief or reliefs as this Honble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances” 2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the dispute between both the parties is purely civil in nature. 3. For ready reference, the written instructions are extracted hereunder: “The 3rd respondent is the Station House Officer, Biccavole Police Station, East Godavari District, Rajamahendravaram. It is purely civil matter between the respondent 4 and 5 and petitioner and don’t interfere from the police side. It is submitted that there is no merit or substance in any of the grounds raised by the petitioner against the 3rd respondent in the affidavit. Therefore, all the allegations of the petitioners are incorrect, untenable and hereby denied.” 4. In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
