(Oral) By way of instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following main reliefs: “i) That respondents may kindly eb directed to consider the case of the petitioners for granting the arrear of revised pension/family pension/gratuity as per their own office order within a time bound manner. ii) The respondents may kindly be directed to consider and decide the representation (Annexure P-3) of the petitioner in accordance with law in time bound manner.” 2. Before reply could be received from the respondents, learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner would be content and satisfied in case his pending representation (Annexure P- 3) is ordered to be decided by the respondents in time bound manner in terms of office memorandum dated 25.2.2022, which has been adopted by the respondent-corporation vide instructions dated - 2 - 1.8.2022. Mr.Rahul Thakur, learned counsel, is not averse to the aforesaid innocuous prayer made by the petitioner, rather he fairly states that afore representation shall be decided expeditiously, preferably, within three weeks. 3. In view of the above, present petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to ensure that representation is decided expeditiously, preferably, within three weeks. Needless to say, authority concerned, while doing the needful in terms of instant order, shall afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass a speaking order, taking note of the afore instructions.
