JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, petitioner has sought for the following relief:- “ Wherefore, the Petitioner hereby pray that this Hon’ble Court be pleased to quash the entire proceedings in S.C.No.78/2021 on the file of the III Additional District and Session Judge at Ramanagara, for the offence punishable under Sections 364A, 394 and 397 of IPC on the file of Principal District and Session Judge at Ramanagara District, in the interests of justice.” 2. We state that, we are the petitioner in the above case and we know the facts and circumstances of the case. 2. We state that, the dispute between us and complainant has been resolved by us with the intervention of the relatives and friends. 3. We state that, the 2nd respondent filed complaint without knowing the consequence and charge sheet was filed on the basis of said complaint. 4. We state that, the alleged offences are compoundable one and in order to give quietus to the dispute the both parties are decided to settle the dispute amicably. 5. We state that, we have no objection to quash the proceedings and complainant is ready to withdraw the allegation of compliant filed before the police. Late Channegowda, Aged about, R/at: Doddaveeraiah Layout, Tavarekere Town, hobli, Bangalore south taluk, Bangalore 562130 do hereby solemnly affirm and state on oath as follows. 1. I state that, I am the complainant in the above case and 1 know the facts and circumstances of the case. Hence I am deposing hereunder. 2. I state that, I have filed complaint under the ill advice of friends and relative and there was no such incidents and as alleged in the charge sheet. 3. I state that, I have decided to give quietus to the dispute by withdrawing the allegation and I have no objection to quash the proceedings against the petitioners. I state that, I know the contents of the affidavit; I have signed this affidavit with my free consent without any Force, threat, coercion, and undue influence. In view of the aforesaid settlement entered into between the petitioners and 2nd respondent, I pass the following: ORDER (i) The petition is disposed of in terms of application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. along with affidavits of petitioners and 2nd respondent dated 01.07.2025. (ii) The proceedings in S.C.No.78/2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364A, 394 and 397 of IPC pending on the file of Principal District and Session Judge at Ramanagara District, insofar as the petitioners are concerned are hereby quashed.
